Terms of use
Last updated October 17, 2026
Flesh It Out turns your notes into a web page with a link you can share. By signing in, you agree to these terms.
What you can't make
Don't use Flesh It Out to make pages that:
- ask people for passwords, codes, payment or banking details;
- pretend to be a real company, government body or person, such as a fake login, invoice or notice;
- run scams, including fake giveaways, investment schemes or requests for money;
- push people to download or run software;
- give instructions for serious harm, such as weapons, explosives or drugs;
- sexualize minors, harass or threaten anyone, share a private person's details, or promote hatred against a group;
- break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
How we enforce this
Every page is checked automatically before its link goes live, and pages that ask for passwords or payment details are never published. Anyone with a link can report a page. We can remove any page, and suspend any account, that breaks these rules, without notice.
Your pages
Pages are written by AI from what you give it, so check them before you share. You're responsible for what you share and who you share it with. Anyone with the link can see a page, so don't put anything in your notes you wouldn't want the recipients to read.
Links expire after a set time that depends on your plan, and you can delete a page sooner. Once a page expires or is deleted, it's gone.
Your data
We keep your email address to sign you in, plus a record of the pages you've made so we can count them toward your plan. Your notes are sent to our AI providers to make the page. We don't sell your data.
No guarantees
Flesh It Out is provided as is. AI output can be wrong, and the service can be unavailable. We aren't responsible for decisions made from a page's content.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll tell you when you next sign in.
